Dozens gathered in The Quarter at Tropicana for its annual holiday tree-lighting Monday, just a few days ahead of Thanksgiving.
The event drew people to the 35-foot tree and stage with performances from Tropicana’s Holiday Jubilee Show, speakers such as Tropicana Atlantic City’s General Manager Steve Callender and Mayor Don Guardian, as well as food and an appearance from Santa Claus.
Guests were greeted by several holiday songs from the group, followed by a countdown to lighting the tree. Callender discussed what the casino has to offer during the holidays.
