Thousands returning to work in Atlantic City casinos with indoor dining back on tap

It’s been a long six months out of work during the coronavirus pandemic, but at least a few thousand casino workers will be back on the job in Atlantic City starting Friday when the state’s ban on indoor dining is lifted. Casinos in the shore city have been able to open since the beginning of July, but with indoor dining still off the menu, guests couldn’t eat in interior restaurants or flag down a cocktail waitress for a drink while playing the slots or table games.
