Hard Rock Hotel & Atlantic City just opened the doors to a gas station and convenience store, the only casino-owned fuel station in Atlantic City, two weeks after becoming the newest hotel on the boardwalk. “Rocktane Gas & Wash” was built outside the parking garage of the hotel, between Maryland and Virginia Avenue, and will be open 24-hours-a-day.
The 16-pump gas station includes a 5,100 square-foot convenience store as well as an automated carwash, according to a release. Hard Rock said the carwash will open at a later date. Hard Rock held its grand opening ceremony June 28, that kicked off a weekend full of guitar smashing, concerts, and celebrity appearances.
